The 15^th edition of the festival Velo-Rock took place on the 3rd of September 2011 in the Velodroom, Oostende, and for their 15^th

On the 27th of August it was time again for Alcatraz Metal Fest. This metal festival took place in the Brielpoort in Deinze, Belgium. The line-up was pretty sweet again this year!

Headliner this year was Helloween, but the rest of the bands weren't shoddy neighter and it was another blast of a festival.

I was there with my trusty Nikon to cover the event.

Swing Wespelaar is a free Blues festival in Wespelaar, a small city in Belgium. I first discovered this little festival last year when Canned Heat was playing there.

This year I was fortunate enough to be able to cover Wacken Open Air for Metalkrant.nl. Wacken is probably the biggest Metal Festival in Europe and I was really looking forward to it!

Ever since seeing Thin Lizzy at Hellfest earlier this year I've had a craving for more.

This year I had the honor of being granted a photo pass to take pictures of Sir Tom Jones at Suikerrock in Tienen.
